Refund/Cancellation Policy

We will issue a refund for BLS, CPR/AED and First Aid classes if more than 24 hours notice is given. A 25% administration fee will be assessed on refunds. A refund check will be mailed to you less the 25% fee.

If you would like to reschedule a class, the 25% administration fee will be waived.

No refunds will be issued for "No Show" on the day of class.
